It adheres directly to the hood surface to deliver a seamless, factory-like appearance without additional modifications, ensuring safe and instant installation.
Construction and Appearance. This hood scoop features a co-extruded, three-layer ABS polymer construction combined with medium density elastomeric polyurethane for flexibility and impact resistance. It is factory painted in a satin black finish with UV-stable 2K coating to prevent fading or cracking and to perfectly complement the truck�s trim.
Installation. Installation is straightforward requiring light mechanical skills, with no drilling or cutting necessary thanks to proprietary overmolding technology and premium 3M adhesive. The scoop mounts securely while preserving the integrity of the truck�s original bodywork.
Warranty. Comes with a 3-year manufacturer�s warranty covering defects and workmanship.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 2015 through 2022 Chevrolet Colorado models, excluding the ZR2 variant due to compatibility differences.
