Description
Performance Exhaust Upgrade. The BBK Shorty Catted Mid-Pipe improves exhaust flow and sound when paired with long tube headers on Dodge Challenger and Charger models. It is engineered to boost horsepower and torque while delivering an aggressive exhaust note for HEMI engines.
Construction and Appearance. Made from mandrel bent stainless steel tubing, this mid-pipe includes high flow catalytic converters to maximize exhaust flow. It features pre-installed oxygen sensor bungs to simplify installation and maintain emissions performance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with oxygen sensor ports already in place; however, oxygen sensor extension harnesses are typically required. No drilling is usually necessary, but a handheld tuner may be needed on newer models to avoid catalyst under-temperature codes.
Warranty. Comes with a full 1-year factory warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Specifically designed for 2006-2023 6.1L HEMI, 6.2L HEMI, and 6.4L HEMI Charger models equipped with BBK Long Tube Headers. Not compatible with shorty headers.
