6G Billet Upper Control Arms
These 6G Billet Upper Control Arms are engineered to improve suspension geometry, alignment, and durability on lifted Broncos. Precision-machined from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminum, these arms feature approximately 10 degrees of ball joint correction compared to factory control arms and come equipped with a pre-installed heavy-duty high-articulation ball joint capable of up to 87 degrees of movement.
Designed to correct caster and camber issues commonly associated with 1 to 4 inches of lift, these control arms perform best on vehicles with 2.5 to 3 inches of lift. Unlike adjustable designs that rely on threaded heims and additional hardware, these arms use a fixed geometry that places alignment within factory specifications while eliminating unnecessary failure points.
For long-term reliability and quiet operation, the arms utilize greaseless polyurethane bushings that offer excellent durability and simplified maintenance. Each arm is finished with a black anodized coating for corrosion resistance and a premium appearance.
