HIGH PERFORMANCE WATER PUMP. The Davies Craig EBP40 Electric Booster Pump; 24-Volt is a brushless, magnetically driven water pump designed for high flow applications. It boosts water circulation in automotive and other liquid cooling and heating systems, ensuring optimal performance and consistent engine temperatures for reliable operation.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. The pump body is constructed from durable Polyphenylene Sulphide (PPS) combined with Nylon 66, providing strength and heat resistance. Its design features a smooth finish with a push-on barb inlet and outlet for secure hose connection. The brushless motor’s magnetically driven mechanism eliminates the need for shaft sealing, enhancing longevity and reliability.

INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward with the included wiring loom and instructions; no specialized tools or drilling are typically required. The pump can be integrated easily into existing systems using appropriate hose adaptors to suit your configuration.

APPLICATION. The pump has a universal fitment but may require some adaptations to suit different setups and configurations.
