It operates remotely in the engine bay and supports coolant circulation and intercooler applications, maintaining optimal engine temperature while enhancing power delivery and fuel efficiency.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring a rugged aluminium alloy body with a powder-coated finish, this pump offers durability and corrosion resistance. It uses a clockwise centrifugal pump design with a volute chamber and ceramic face seal to ensure reliable, long-lasting operation under demanding conditions.
Installation. Installation is moderately straightforward and typically involves integration into the bottom radiator hose. Some adaptation may be required, such as modifying the thermostat or bypassing/removing the mechanical water pump based on the specific application. Extensive drilling is generally not necessary.
