Exclusive DTC-60 Friction Compound. These front brake pads are equipped with an exclusive DTC-60 friction compound, which is a specially formulated ferro-carbon compound. This friction compound offers excellent heat resistance, making them less prone to fading when driven hard. Furthermore, this braking compound is ideal if you’re looking to provide your vehicle with split friction set up between the front and rear axles.
Acceptable Noise Levels. Being track-focused, these pads will generate a bit more brake dust and noise when compared to the stock pads. However, the noise these pads produce is not overly loud, especially in comparison to the typical noise levels you’re bound to experience on the track. These pads will even generate less noise than other brake pads from the same class.
