The brake pads are made in the U.S. and have undergone rigorous testing for performance and safety.
High-Tech Friction Ferrocarbon Construction. Hawk Performance brake pads are made from high-tech friction ferrocarbon material. This type of steel contains around 10% of highly concentrated carbon. They are a one-step upgrade from ceramic brake pads and are recommended for more aggressive and racing-style driving. It’s important to note that proper brake-in is required for the pads to perform as designed.
Low Dust And Low Noise. These brake pads feature low dust and low noise levels. Once installed, these pads will ensure your wheels stay clean and your ears comfortable.
Professional Installation Recommended. To install the brake pads, you’ll need advanced mechanical skills and proper hand tools. A DIY installation will take around 1 hour. However, for optimal results, professional installation is recommended.
