Heavy-Duty Flexplate. The Hays Steel SFI Certified Flexplate is engineered to endure the stress of high-performance Gen III Hemi engines. It serves as a critical interfacing component between the engine and automatic transmission, designed to handle high-stall torque converters and elevated RPM conditions common in muscle cars and performance vehicles.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from thicker than stock steel, this flexplate features a zinc-dichromate plated finish for superior corrosion resistance and an attractive look. It includes a securely welded ring gear and meets SFI Specification 29.1 certification, ensuring reliability and safety under strenuous conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward for experienced installers and does not require special modifications. It is designed for direct fitment on 8-bolt crankshaft Gen III Hemi engines paired with compatible transmissions.
Warranty. This flexplate comes with a manufacturer’s 90-day warranty.
Application. Specifically fits Mopar 2007 through 2019 V8 HEMI Challenger and other Gen III HEMI applications. Not compatible with Ram Truck or Jeep Grand Cherokee models for this product version.
