The ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series Rear Piggyback Shocks with CDEV for 0 to 3-Inch Lift deliver exceptional off-road capability while maintaining a smooth street ride. These shocks are tuned specifically for each vehicle application in terms of length and damping, and include an internal bump zone that increases damping force by 20%, enhancing control during high-velocity compression and helping to prevent bottoming out.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 6061 billet aircraft-grade aluminum, these shocks feature a hard anodized, impact-extruded cylinder with a piggyback reservoir design that improves heat dissipation and reduces shock fade during prolonged use. The durable 7/8 inch chrome-plated induction-hardened shaft is paired with PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware, ensuring long-lasting performance and corrosion resistance.
Installation. Designed for easy installation with no drilling required, these shocks fit vehicles with 0 to 3 inches of rear lift. Some vehicles may need complementary front shock or coilover components. Full functionality, including electronic adjustment, requires use of the ICON Intelligent Control system and a compatible iOS device.
