The RACKTEC Phantom Series Gen 2 Roof Rack offers a versatile and durable solution compatible with both Ford F-150 Crew Cab (2015 and newer) and Ford Super Duty trucks (2017 and newer). Designed to enhance cargo capacity and lighting configurations, this roof rack system supports a broad range of outdoor and utility applications, adding functional and aesthetic value to multiple truck models.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Crafted from high-grade 5052 aluminum, this rack features a satin black textured powder coat finish that provides corrosion resistance and durability. Precision manufacturing using OEM CAD files ensures an exact fit to the vehicle’s roof profile, while stainless steel hardware and a low-profile design keep added height to approximately 3.5–3.75 inches without compromising strength.
INSTALLATION. Installation requires drilling ten precise holes of 25/64 inch diameter, using rivet nuts for secure mounting. Neoprene seals are included to help prevent water intrusion. Given the complexity and the need for proper sealing and structural integrity, professional installation is strongly recommended.
APPLICATION. This roof rack is engineered to fit 2015 and newer Ford F-150 Crew Cab models and 2017 through 2026 Ford Super Duty trucks, including the F-250 Super Duty SuperCrew. It supports various lighting configurations and accessory compatibility without precluding drilling or the use of optional mounting brackets.
