Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 5052 aluminum, this rack features an ultra-light build with excellent payload capacity. It is precisely engineered using OEM CAD files to fit the exact roof profile, adding approximately 3.5 to 3.75 inches in height. The rack is finished with a satin black textured powder coat and includes stainless steel hardware for enhanced corrosion resistance and durability.
Installation. Installation requires drilling ten 25/64 inch holes into the vehicle roof, with tight-fitting mount holes and included neoprene seals to prevent water intrusion. Specialized tools such as a rivet nut setter and a 25/64 drill bit are required. Professional installation is recommended due to the complexity and precision needed for a secure fit.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2019 and newer Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500, 2500, and 3500 Crew Cab models. This ensures a precise fit and full compatibility with the vehicle’s roof profile and mounting points without interference or fitment issues.
