It enhances carrying capacity with a low-profile design that maintains aerodynamic efficiency. This roof rack provides adjustable mounting options for lights and cargo.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-quality 5052 aluminum, it delivers superior strength while remaining lightweight. The satin black textured powder coat finish on side rails and mounting feet ensures durability and corrosion resistance, complemented by stainless steel hardware for longevity and robust performance.
Installation. Installation requires drilling ten 25/64 inch holes into the vehicle roof. The process requires precision and specialized tools such as a rivet nut installer. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper fitment and to maintain watertight sealing, aided by included neoprene seals to prevent water leakage.
Application and Fitment. This roof rack fits 2015 and newer Ford F-150 Crew Cab models. It is also compatible with 2017 and newer Ford Super Duty trucks when using the Gen 3 bolt-on kit (sold separately). The design is based on OEM CAD files to match exact roof profiles, including panoramic sunroof compatibility.
