Construction and Appearance. This shock absorber features a 14mm hardened chrome piston rod with a black satin finish and distinctive red logo. It uses a large 2-inch monotube body filled with all-weather fluid and a 46mm Fluon-banded piston to ensure responsive handling and long-lasting performance. The shock also includes a full-floating dividing piston and high-pressure nitrogen gas to reduce aeration and shock fade, as well as an internal rebound bumper and shouldered rubber bushings to minimize noise, vibration, and harshness.
