Construction and Appearance. This product features a Cross-Link Action chemical formula that bonds securely with tire rubber for long-lasting shine and durability. Installation. For best results, apply to a clean, dry tire surface. Simply spray on and allow to air dry for a high gloss finish, or spray and wipe with a cloth to achieve a smooth matte look. No special tools or equipment are required.
