HIGH PERFORMANCE BRAKING SYSTEM. The Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit with drilled and slotted rotors and black calipers is engineered to enhance rear braking on vehicles using the original equipment parking brake mechanism. It delivers increased brake capacity, improved durability, and superior heat dissipation to support upgraded front big brake systems and accommodate higher performance demands on late model vehicles.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This kit includes four-piston AERO4 calipers with a black powder coat finish, oversized 14.25-inch SRP drilled and slotted rotors made from Spec-37 iron featuring a black electro coat surface, and lightweight aluminum rotor hats finished in black e-coat. The design incorporates radial mount calipers and cross-ventilated rotors with 72 vanes for optimal thermal management and brake response.
INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, designed to fit the OEM rear axle flange at zero offset. It complements factory parking brake assemblies and connects seamlessly with the existing braking and ABS system for reliable performance.
APPLICATION. This brake kit is compatible exclusively with 2006 to 2010 Dodge Charger vehicles, excluding all-wheel drive (AWD) and SRT8 variants, ensuring precise fitment without interference from factory Brembo calipers or police package components.
