That way, you will not only have great handling and traction ability but also improved stopping performance. The large 6-piston calipers and 14-inch rotors included with this kit go on your rear wheels to halt your vehicle almost immediately after you press the brake pedal, thus making it ideal for street performance and track racing.
Slots for Removing Gas and Dust. The rear rotors included in this kit have slots to dispel gases and brake dust to avoid brake fade, thus retaining consistent stopping power.
Made for Longevity. The calipers, rotors, and rotor hats are made from stainless steel, iron, and aluminum, respectively. As a result, this is guaranteed to last through any extreme driving situation. Wilwood applies a black powder coat on the calipers, a black electro-coat on the rotors, and a black e-coat on the rotor hats to maximize rust and other types of corrosion.
Direct Bolt-On Upgrade. This rear brake kit is designed to mount onto your Mustang to make installation easier than it otherwise would be. It should take up to 4 hours to complete the task.
Application. This Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit with GT Curved Vane Slotted Brake Rotors is designed for use on the 2005–2014 Ford Mustang models equipped with a BMR suspension.
Application Note. This Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit requires the use of 18-inch or larger rims for proper clearance.
