High Performance Race Brake Kit. The Wilwood AERO6 Race Front Big Brake Kit features 14-inch slotted rotors and anodized gray calipers engineered specifically for dedicated road racing applications. This kit offers superior stopping power and fade resistance through a six-piston caliper design paired with large, vented, and slotted rotors, optimized for demanding track use.
Construction and Appearance. Forged aluminum calipers are finished with a Type III Mil-Spec hard anodized coating for excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance. The 14-inch Spec37 iron rotors are dynamically balanced, incorporate directional curved vanes, and are mounted on lightweight anodized aluminum hats, ensuring durability and efficient heat dissipation under extreme conditions.
Installation. This brake kit mounts radially to the factory disc spindles without requiring spindle modifications. It is important to verify wheel clearance for 18-inch diameter wheels prior to installation. Stainless steel braided flex lines are required and must be purchased separately according to your vehicle’s model year.
Application. Designed exclusively for Chevrolet Camaro models from 2010 to 2015, this brake kit is optimized for factory disc spindle fitment with radial mount brake systems.
